Forms as communication logs
While adding a form, choosing Communication log in the field Save communication as will enable you to save the form as communication logs. After selecting a communication log, you can also select the Communication log type to which your form belongs. For more information on the fields, see Forms fields.
If forms were generated for an order and if they are selected to be saved as communication logs, you can verify this on Order details > Communication logs - orders.
