Approved | When the move request and its move lines have been approved by the responsible manager, the move lines can be assigned to a (standard) move order. If the actual costs exceed the estimate, the system takes both the estimate and costs into account (expect additional costs) |
Planned | If all move lines of a move request have been assigned to a move order, the move request’s status is automatically changed to Planned. As a result, the move lines can no longer be modified. | Planned | - |
