Requisitions
If you want to order products / catalog items in Work Orders you can add a requisition. You can add a requisition directly or add a requisition to an existing request, order or reservation. For each item or set of items you order, you have to add a requisition line.
It is possible to add requisition lines directly to a work order (including standard orders) or to a planned maintenance order.
Requisitions can also be added in Service Desk. The requisitions that have been added in Service Desk become available in Work Orders for processing by the back-office.
