Code | Enter a code for the workflow details definition. |

Workflow list definition | The name of the parent Workflow list definition is populated automatically. |
Allowed status | Select the statuses that will be available to the end users. The details of orders that are assigned an allowed status can be viewed by end users. |

Use linked questionnaire of standard order?* | Click Yes to use linked questionnaires. Click No if you do not want to use questionnaires or if you want to use a custom questionnaire. |
Other questionnaires | Here you can link a custom questionnaire. |
Actions tab - Direct link | |
Is visible | Specify if the Direct link button must be visible or not on the details page of a workflow form. Yes is selected by default. |
Comment tab | |
Comment | Specify any remarks that are important for future reference. These remarks are only visible to Planon Administrator(s). |
Styling tab | |
