Visitor tab
Code
Enter a code to identify the visitor. The value you enter here will be part of the resulting URL.
Description
Enter a meaningful name.
The name you enter here is displayed as a link in your browser.
URL
The URL of the web definition is populated automatically when saving the web definition.
Comment tab
Specify remarks, if any, for future reference. The remarks entered here are only visible to the Planon Administrator(s).
Messages tab
Default action
Specify how warning messages must be displayed if a visitor is added outside working hours / days. You can select one of the following options:
Show warning - A warning is displayed. Users can skip the warning and proceed to the next step.
Upgrade warning to error - An error is displayed. In this case, users can only move to the next step if they take action first.
Ignore warning - No warning message is displayed. This is the default option.
Styling tab
In CSS classes you can specify your customized CSS class. If this field remains empty, the default CSS styling is applied. If this field contains a reference to a CSS class that is specified on the site, this styling will be applied.
