Linking Service desk to a user group
You can specify which user groups get access to Service desk.
Procedure
1. Go to ProCenter modules > Web configuration > Service desk.
2. Select a Service desk web definition
3. On the action panel, click Link user group.
The Link user group dialog opens.
4. Select the user group(s) who can have access to Service desk and move them to In Use.
5. Click OK.
