Linking Service Desk to a Navigation Panel group
You can link the Service desk module to one or more Navigation Panel groups to make it available to front office users.
Procedure
1. Go to ProCenter modules > Web configuration > Service desk.
2. On the action panel, click Link to navigation group.
A dialog opens.
3. Select the Navigation Panel group(s) to which you want to link Service desk and move them to In Use.
4. Click OK.
Service desk is now linked and available in the selected Navigation Panel groups.
