Viewing turnover rent amount changes
When a turnover rent settlement period is rerun, the resulting turnover rent amount may change. You can use the Amount changes history overview to review how the amount has changed over time.
Procedure
1. Go to the Contracts TSI.
2. Go to Contract details > Amounts.
3. Select the amount that was affected by the settlement rerun.
4. Go to Amount details > Special lease amounts.
5. Go to the Amount changes section.
6. Review the recorded changes. For each change, you can see:
◦ Old value: The amount before the update.
◦ New value: The amount after the update.
◦ Modification date-time: The date and time when the change was made.
You can review the effect of turnover rent settlement reruns by comparing the previous and new amount values and the date and time of each change.
