Read-only field that shows the contract's Planon start date when the contract starts in Planon after the start date of the turnover profile. If this field contains a value, offset values may be required. If the field is empty, no late start in Planon applies.

Offset fixed rent

Enter the fixed rent amounts that were already closed in the previous system for the first complete settlement period processed in Planon. These amounts are combined with the fixed rent registered in Planon and are used in the natural breakpoint calculation.

Offset minimum guaranteed rent

Enter the minimum guaranteed rent amounts that were already closed in the previous system for the first complete settlement period processed in Planon. Together with the minimum guaranteed rent registered in Planon, these amounts are used in the turnover rent calculations for the first settlement period in Planon.

Offset prepayments

Enter the prepaid rent amounts that were already closed in the previous system for the first complete settlement period processed in Planon. Together with the prepaid rent registered in Planon, these amounts are used in the turnover rent calculations for the first settlement period in Planon.

Offset accumulated minimum guaranteed rent

Applicable only when calculations are based on accumulated minimum guaranteed rent. Enter the minimum guaranteed rent amounts from the previous system with a closure date between the start of the accumulation period and the start of the first settlement period processed in Planon.

Offset accumulated settled turnover rent

Applicable only when calculations are based on an accumulation period. Enter the turnover rent amounts that were already settled in the previous system with a closure date between the start of the accumulation period and the start of the first settlement period processed in Planon.

Offset accumulated amount (turnover group)

Enter the accumulated turnover amount registered in the previous system from the start of the accumulation period up to the start of the first settlement period processed in Planon.
