Breakpoint percentage

Cap value

Enter the maximum turnover rent to include in the settlement. If the calculated amount exceeds this value, the cap is applied.

Applicable to both natural breakpoint and breakpoint tiers calculations.

Code

Enter a unique code for the turnover group.

Currency

Enter the currency to be used for turnover rent calculations in this turnover group.

Linked turnover types

Displays the turnover type(s) linked to this turnover group.

Name

Enter a name for the turnover group.

Threshold value

Enter the minimum turnover rent required for settlement. If the calculated rent is equal to or above this threshold, it is used as-is. If it is below, the system applies the threshold value instead.

Used only for natural breakpoint calculations.
