Broadcast messages
Planon application managers can use broadcast messages to inform Planon users about important information.
By using broadcast messages, the information will be displayed as a pop-up in the application itself.
Benefits
• You don't have to send emails (less efffective).
• Information is displayed in the application itself.
• You can determine who gets to see these messages by linking user groups.
• The message will automatically disappear once its end date has passed or when the user dismisses it.
• You can define multiple broadcast messages, but no more than 3 messages can be active simultaneously.
