Facilities list for reservation units
In the Facilities TSI, you can maintain a picklist of up to 50 different facilities that can be added to reservation units. This list is displayed in the Facilities field on reservation units and as filter criteria in filters.
The Facilities TSI offers 50 'placeholder records' that you can use to create a picklist of facilities.
You can edit the individual records in the list, but you cannot add or delete records.
From this picklist, a Planon administrator can select relevant facilities and link them to reservation units.
End users can select the most suitable reservation unit based on these facilities.

If you want make it possible for end users to select additional facilities, for example on Self-Service forms in the Reservations wizard, it is recommended to configure facilities categories in the Facilities categories TSI. Facilities categories include bookable (often portable) assets that can be reserved separately. If you link facilities from Facility categories to asset units, end users will be able to book these for the duration of the reservation.
