Defining the Facilities picklist
Proceed as follows to edit / update the picklist of facilities.
Procedure
1. Go to Facilities (reservation units).
The elements section displays 50 records that can be used to register facilities. Some records may already contain actual values, other may still be undefined placeholders (by default not visible for end users).
2. Click the facility record you want to edit in the elements section.
3. Fill in the fields in the data section.
For more information on the available fields, see the following table:
Field | Description |

Name | Enter a description of the selected facility. The facility's name will be displayed in the element section and in the dialog boxes in the Reservations TSI. |
Visible | A Yes/No field to specify whether a facility must be displayed in the relevant dialog boxes and filters. |
4. Click Save.
In the Reservations TSI > Reservation units, you can now link facilities from this list to a specific reservation unit, via the Facilities field.
