Adding pick lists
You can configure these pick lists in the following way:
Procedure
1. Go to Pick lists.
Here, you can modify existing pick lists (descriptive or code descriptive) or create a new one by using the relevant Add option from the action menu.
2. Go to the Pick lists items level.
Here, you can add new items to the pick list.
After completing the new pick list, you can link it to a free field.

System Administrator: When you add or modify a picklist or picklist value, it triggers a cache refresh. This refresh may affect currently logged-in users by temporarily disrupting their session or causing unexpected behavior. User: When receiveing a message saying that a business object is being configured, you can refresh the page to continue your work. To avoid any user impact, Planon recommends performing these configuration changes outside of regular working hours. |
An Information field is available on the business objects Picklists and Picklist items. As the name of the field already suggests, this field can be used to add some supportive information about the picklist/picklist items.
