Defining SSP floors

To add the SSP floors per property and specify the capacity per period, proceed as follows.

Procedure

1. Start Strategic Space Planning > Demand & Supply > SSP projects > Demand & Supply > Supply > SSP floors.

2. At SSP floors, click Add.

3. In the data section, complete the relevant fields.

For more information, refer to SSP floors fields.

4. Click Save.

A new SSP floor has been created.

If an SSP property (of the selected SSP Floor(s)) is linked to a Planon property, you can use the Calculate fixed and flex workspaces action, to have the fields regarding headcount and surface area automatically populated by Planon (based on the data stored in Space Management (Space usage) and Reservations (Flexible workspaces). To be able to use this action, it is also necessary that you have specified the Period & Floor in the SSP Floor record(s).

SSP Floors have no connection with the ‘regular’ floors in the Planon database (the floors in Space Management)!
