Analyzing scenarios
Goal: To get a tabular and graphical overview of your scenario KPIs, in order to analyze this data. In the Strategic Space Planning solution there is a system report available for this purpose:
Scenario analysis: this reports includes, among other things, a tabular KPI overview and a graphical Demand & Supply overview. The fields of the KPI overview are configurable by adding them in a sub-report (user-defined) and linking to the system report.

To run the scenario analysis report, proceed as follows.
Procedure
1. Go to the Scenarios TSI > Scenarios selection level.
2. Select the scenario(s) whose KPIs you want to analyze.
3. Click the Report action on the action menu.
4. In the Reporting dialog box, select the System reports tab.
5. Select the Scenario analysis report.
6. Click Edit report settings if you want to link a user-defined KPI report to the system report, or if you want to enter a report title / subtitle.
7. Link the user-defined report to the system report by selecting it in the Scenario analysis – KPI data field and clicking OK.
8. Preview the report by clicking the Preview button.
Subsequently Save and/or Print the report.
