SSP property
An SSP property can be an existing building in your property portfolio, or a property ‘to be acquired’. The SSP properties constitute the ‘supply side’ in your SSP project.
Description
All existing or potential SSP properties are linked to SSP locations, but it is not required to use all SSP properties of an SSP location in your SSP scenario. As the supply side is a variable, you can ‘mix and match’.
*
SSP properties are separate entities from properties registered at the Properties selection levels in Planon ProCenter, but you can link the two types of property, if you think that is convenient for your particular purpose. It will save data entry. If you link an SSP property to a ‘regular’ Planon property, the data of the Planon property can be inherited by the SSP property. This includes data on floors and space usage.
