Modification date

Enter date of stock modification, in this case, date of stocktaking.

Actual quantity

Enter the actual stock quantity, after the physical counting of the items is done.

Mutation quantity

Displays the difference in quantity between the initial stock quantity (system quantity) registered for the stock item and the actual, physical quantity.
A minus sign (-) is used to specify a decrease in the number of stock items.

User-defined status

Select the stock item's status.
