Promoting the preferred scenario

Select the scenario that best fits your organization's needs and promote it as the scenario that will be implemented.

Procedure

1. Go to Spaces & moves scenarios.

2. Select the scenario that you prefer.

3. On the Status transitions menu, click Promote.

You have now promoted your scenario. The other scenarios are automatically canceled. To implement the promoted scenario for space planning, you have to import it in Planon ProCenter. For more information, see Importing the promoted scenario.
