A baseline is created for all floors linked to a scenario. In order to compare the scanned scenario data of a specified reference date with the existing Planon data on that date, a baseline scenario must be created. The baseline scenario contains data about the actual spaces and assets available in Planon on the specified reference date. When a scenario is computed, the system identifies the changes, moves and costs.
