Activity
An activity is a recurring task or service that you intend to include in a work plan. By default, the status of an activity is Under construction. After you have finished defining the activity, you can change its status to Active. An activity with the Active status will immediately come into effect. As a result, work orders will be generated in the Service Manager TSI in accordance with the corresponding schedule.
