SLA search priorities
Information defined for searching SLAs.
Allows you to define how your organization wants to find its SLAs.
An SLA search priority is needed when defining the scope for an SLA of a contract line. It is recommended to have these priorities defined in advance, although this is not mandatory for specifying the SLA scope. The search priority is mandatory for a correct working of SLA Management. Without the priority setting, the system will not search for the SLAs at all.
You can set a search priority for each SLA type (internal and external) by specifying a combination of fields and a sequence of importance for that combination to determine which SLA should be applied.
You can define the SLA priority as follows:
SLA Search priority 1 - Property and Department.
SLA Search priority 2 - Building.
