The Draft panel in Service Desk lists all the service requests that are created, but not submitted yet by the current user. The panel displays a maximum of five drafts. The drafts are displayed from left to right, with the latest draft on the left. The details displayed on the draft are: description of the request type, name of the requestor and reported date and time.
