Viewing property valuation details
In the Properties and Property details TSI, you can maintain property valuation details such as book value, market value, and annual ERV. For added convenience, you also have the option to view these details directly within the Rentable Units TSI. To do this, follow the procedure below.
Procedure
1. At the Properties selection level, select the specific property for which you wish to view the valuation data.
2. Navigate to Components > Property valuation details.
The valuation details of the selected property are displayed.
