MSCI
The MSCI Real Asset Data Collection Template can be downloaded in Excel. This requires possible mapping in the MSCI mapping tables in the application settings. When clicking on the report, the following selection has to be made:
1. Select if the data is used for the DirectRE_Descriptive & DirectRE_Month_Cap&RevFlows & Tenancy_Details & Tenancy_Steps delivery sheet must arrive from a snapshot or a process.
2. Select which process or snapshot to use.
3. Select the valuation process that is used to populate the DirectRE_Valuation delivery sheet.
4. Select the start date & end date that is used for defining the period used in the DirectRE_Month_Cap&RevFlows delivery sheet.
When downloading the report, the following sheets are populated with data:
• DirectRE_Descriptive
• DirectRE_Month_CapRevFlows
• DirectRE_Valuation (Optional)
• Tenancy_Details
• Tenancy_Steps
