Rentable unit analysis
The Rentable unit analysis report gives an overview of rentable unit metrics and KPIs. The report is generated in Excel in a Pivot table.
Generating a Rentable unit analysis report
1. Go to Reports in the navigation panel.
The Reports section appears in the data panel, listing the financial statements report in the Standard reports tab.
2. Click Rentable unit analysis or Download.
3. The report is automatically generated and is downloaded to your browser's download location as an Excel template.
4. Open the file from your browser's download location.
(It may be necessary to Enable editing and Enable content to access data).
5. In order to filter the selection, in the right-hand panel, the user can select one or more:
◦ Process name
◦ Type
6. By selecting a cell containing data the user will be presented with the Pivot table Fields settings on the right-hand side of the screen which can be adjusted as desired.
7. By selecting various available filters, the user can refine the comparison, for example by period or process type.
