Recovery structures
Recovery structures enable system administrators to define frameworks in which operational expenses can be reimbursed by the lessee.
A recovery structure consists of one or more recovery lines, and each recovery line includes specific operational expenses.
When an operational expense is recovered through a recovery line, it is recorded both as reimbursed income and as a recoverable operational expense. However, if the pro-rata share equals the total area and the expense occurs during a vacancy period, the expense cannot be recovered. In such cases, it is classified as a non-recoverable operational expense.
Accessing recovery structures
Navigate to Company settings > Recovery structures to access the recovery structures screen. The screen includes:
• An overview of all active and inactive recovery structures.
• The possibility to edit, activate an inactive recovery structure or deactivate an active recovery structure.
• Adding a new recovery structure.
