When clicking on the question mark, a menu appears where you can:
Create a ticket in Freshdesk
Navigate to the Planon webhelp
Download diagnostic data: Only available for the system administrator. The file contains additional information that can be can be included in the ticket to give Planon a clearer understanding of the specific situation.
Versions: here you can see all previous versions, the current version and new available versions of the software.
For the previous and current version, a migration report is available.
For every version, a link to the release notes is available (what’s new).
