Financial statements
The Financial statements report allows users to view and analyze Cash flow, Profit and loss and Balance sheet movements at (sub-)portfolio and asset levels.
It allows users to make an aggregated portfolio-level financial analysis and to drill down and filter all the way down to individual asset level. This report is generated in Excel in a Pivot table format allowing extensive analysis of the data.
Generating a Financial statements report
1. Go to Reports in the navigation panel.
The Reports section appears in the data panel, listing the financial statements report in the Standard reports tab.
2. Click Financial statements or Download.
3. The report is automatically generated and is downloaded to your browser's download location as an Excel template.
4. Open the file from your browser's download location.
(It may be necessary to Enable editing and Enable content to access data).
5. In the right-hand panel, the user can select:
◦ Process Type
◦ Is snapshot
◦ Process or snapshot
6. By selecting a cell containing data the user will be presented with the Pivot table Fields settings on the right-hand side of the screen which can be adjusted as desired.
