Audit trail
The audit trail provides a detailed record of all changes made within the application. It is available at the following levels:
Application level – accessible only to the system administrator
Process level – accessible only to the process administrator
Asset level and below – accessible to users with appropriate permissions
Users can filter the audit trail using the following criteria:
Start date
End date
User name
Process – includes both the process and application settings
Asset – includes both the asset and process settings
Audit trail overview
The audit trail displays up to 10,000 results. You can narrow down the number of results by applying filters. Each entry in the audit trail includes the following columns:

Description
Timestamp
The date and time when the change occurred.
User name
The name of the user who triggered the change.
Process
The process code associated with the change. This field is empty if the change relates to application settings.
Asset
The asset code associated with the change. This field is empty if the change relates to application or process settings.
Entity type
The type of data entity where the change was made.
Entity code
The unique code of the record within the entity (e.g. rentable unit code).
Entity name
The name of the record within the entity (e.g. rentable unit name).
Field
The specific data field that was changed. Additional context is provided when necessary.
Context
The assumption period or strategy to which the change applies.
Type of change
Indicates whether the change was an Add, Edit, Delete, or Action.
Old value
The value of the field before the change.
New value
The value of the field after the change.
