Description
Code
A unique client business identifier for a property. This identifier must be provided consistently across all data loads.
Type
Displays the property's type, for example 'Office'.
Detailed type
Displays the property's detailed type, for example 'Parking space'.
Number of RUs
The total number of units in the property (excluding parking spaces) on the reference date.
Number of parking spaces
The total number of units in the property, on the reference date, for which the system’s rentable unit type is set to parking spaces.
Construction year
The average construction year of the rentable units that are in scope on the process reference date.
Renovation year
The average renovation year of the rentable units that are in scope on the process reference date.
NFA
Displays the total Net Floor Area of all rentable units on the reference date.
GFA
Displays the total Gross Floor Area of all rentable units on the reference date.
ITZA
Displays the total ITZA (Income, Tenant, and Zoning Analysis) of all rentable units on the reference date.
Strategy
Displays the property's strategy.
Qualification
Displays the property's qualification.
Strategic score
Displays the property's strategic score.
Acquisition date
The date when the transfer of title for the initial acquisition of a property or site is completed. For pre-funded developments, this date represents the payment date of the first tranche. Any cash flows occurring before the earliest purchase date are ignored.
Key handover date
The date on which property ownership is transferred and the property becomes available for occupancy. If this date is provided, all cash flows from rent contracts before the key handover date are ignored. Any investments made between the purchase date and the key handover date are forward-funded at the applicable interest rate.
Disposition date
The date of legal completion of transfer of title on final disposal. All cash flows after the (latest) disposition date are ignored.
Energy label
Energy label based on the EU Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). If a property has multiple certificates, provide the predominant EPC in terms of Estimated Rental Value (ERV) on the process reference date.
Primary energy performance
The calculated or measured amount of energy required to meet the energy demand for typical building use, including heating, cooling, ventilation, domestic hot water, and lighting.
