Code

A unique client business identifier for an asset. This identifier must be provided consistently across all data loads.

Sector

Displays the asset's sector, for example 'Retail', 'Residential'.

Local currency

The currency in which an asset or entity is stored in the database.

Entity structure

The name of the entity, defined in the entity structure within the Master Data module, that holds 100% ownership of the asset.

Roles

Displays all roles involved in the process, along with the users assigned to each role for the assets associated with the process. User roles are configured in the Application settings. In case a user group is assigned, the user group is shown. The tooltip shows all users in the user group.

Location

Displays the following information: Address, Postal code, Neighborhood, District, City, Municipality, Subdivision, Secondary subdivision, Region, Country.

Here you view and edit a memo.

Photos

Here you can upload one or more photos. The cover photo is used as the cover image on the valuation report.
