Adding a questionnaire
You can add a questionnaire and then link it to questions and answers.
 | If you update/modify an answered Questionnaire, an alert message is displayed that the questionnaire has already been answered and changing it would result in changing its answers. You should avoid changing questions which have already been answered in the questionnaire, unless it is a minor spelling change. If there is a change in the question itself, you must archive the question and create a new one to avoid confusion. |
Procedure
1. Go to Questionnaires.
2. On the action panel, click Add.
3. Complete the relevant fields in the data section. For a description of these fields, refer to Questionnaire fields.
