A set of questions with a choice of answers, devised for the purpose of a survey or to acquire additional information, so as to create a report on the answers derived from the questionnaire.

A questionnaire contains questions that must be answered by Planon end users, for example on Planon Self-Service (PSS) forms or in Planon apps. Questionnaires must be linked to one or more standard order(s) to make it possible to display the questions / answers in the back-office ( Work Orders TSI).
