Project statuses
All project types have predefined statuses and status transitions to indicate the current phase a particular project is in. For example Started, On hold, Cancelled, Administratively completed.
 | Projects with the status Administratively completed can always be reopened. This allows for corrections in case of accidental closure or if administrative tasks still need to be completed. To reopen a project, the status transition from Administratively Completed to Started must be defined and available in the system. This can be done by your functional application manager or a user with similar authorization. For more information this subject, see Defining user status transitions. |
