Stopping web server service
1. Log on to the server running the web server.
2. Click Start > All Programs > Administrative Tools > Services or Press Windows key + R on the keyboard to run services.msc
3. Select the web server service.
 | The default service name is PlanonWebServer_[…]. If multiple web server instances exist on the server then the text represented as […] will be replaced with the respective environment name e.g. Live, Test, PreProd, Dev etc. |
4. Right-click on the Service and from the drop-down menu select Stop.
