Contract lines
Contract lines are completely replicated from SAP but can be filtered and assigned to different contract line types if required.
By default, an object assignment from SAP is replicated as a specific contract line, which links the rentable unit and the property.
Field
Description
Rentable unit
If the contract is lease in, it will refer to the rent from unit.
If it is lease out, it will refer to the rent to unit.
Amount
Default value of 0.00 as we do not consume the amount for object assignments.
Amount Per
Mapped to period for which the unit price was set-up.
Payment frequency
Default value of 1 month as we do not consume the payment frequency for object assignments.
Payment date offset
Default value of 0 as we do not consume the payment date offset for object assignments.
Skip Rentable unit occupancy status
Mapped to object assignment on SAP Contract which indicates the link is for information only. This skips the occupancy code update on the linked rentable unit.
