Settings Energy & Sustainability Management
The following settings are required for the Energy & Sustainability Management domain:
• Company
• Cost center
• Cost center periods
• Project Controlling Objects
• Business Partners / Person
• Business Partners / Address
In this domain, typically Energy usages and costs would be charged back to internal cost-centers or tenants.
The Cost centers or Project controlling objects that are consumed, must be used to link to Meters and Orders enabling the provisioning of costs to SAP with already the right debit and credit accounting objects.
Via Jumps to Cost center or Project Controlling objects in SAP, relevant planned and actual cost can be checked and when Budgets are created, the complete budget can be verified, in order to see if energy predictions and associated costs are still aligned with company policies.
