Occupancy charge back
The generic space charge back functionality has the option to collect costs when:
• Properties exchanged to SAP are included in the charge back period configuration.
• Space-usages are categorized with space types that are Completely charge back, links to tariff groups and a linked standard cost type.
• Space-usages are linked to (internal) rent to units that have an active rentable unit accounting object, like a cost center or have default accounting objects on the standard cost type.
• The period of the charge back includes valid space-usages.
The Calculate charge back costs action creates charge back lines for each space usage and aggregated on the number of days in a month. It calculates the direct and indirect costs on one amount excl. Vat-field, which enables it for the exchange to SAP. When applied in an action definition, it runs periodically, also taking updates into account.
