The idea is to have a digital twin in the Planon application and its counterpart in the IoT Platform.

In the IoT Platform , you can link IoT devices to the digital twin. These devices will start producing measurement data that will be gathered (events) and presented in the IoT Platform .

Because the digital twin of the IoT Platform is linked to its digital twin counterpart in the Planon application, the measurement data - aggregated and simplified - is then also available for presentation in the Planon application.
