Creating a circular property scenario
Before you can link building parts to assets, you must first create a circular property scenario.
Procedure
1. In the Circular property management TSI, go to Property scenarios > Circular property scenarios.
2. On the Circular property scenarios action panel, click Add to create a new scenario for your property.
3. On the data panel, enter the relevant data.
4. Click Save.
You can proceed with linking assets to building parts. See Linking (standard) assets to building parts.
Each property scenario has its own set of building parts. This structure makes it easy to see and manage which building parts belong to each scenario.
You can:
◦ Deep copy a property scenario along with its related building parts and all associated details, including the asset circularity scores. This simplifies the setup of similar scenarios and ensures consistency across properties.
◦ Generate a report for each scenario, including its linked building parts.
 | When a property scenario has the status Closed, all related actions and fields are disabled. You can still view the information, but you can no longer make changes. |
