Changing field properties
This section describes the steps required to change field properties.
This is the second step in adding standard maintenance activity definition(s) to a property maintenance plan.
1. Go to FieldDefiner, and select Base activity definitions from the list.
2. Set this business object Under construction and descend to Details level.
3. Select the Asset/building element field (BaseAssetRef) from the list.
4. In the data section, set the Mandatory field to No.
5. Return to Business objects level, and switch the business object to Completed.
