Adding the 'Apply standard maintenance activity definition' action to the layout
This section describes the steps required to add the 'Apply standard maintenance activity definition' action to a layout.
This is a first step in adding standard maintenance activity definition(s) to a property maintenance plan.
1. Go to TSI Manager and select Maintenance Planner.
2. Go to the TSI level and expand the TSI structure.
3. Under Definitions & Schedules, expand Activity definitions and select the MaintenanceActivityDefinition layout.
4. On the action menu, click Jump to Layout Manager.
You navigate to the correct layout.
5. Set the layout Under construction and on the Links menu, click Actions.
6. In the dialog box that appears, select Apply standard maintenance activity definition and move it to the In use panel.
7. Click OK and set the layout to Completed.
