Linking a defects list to a standard activity definition
You can link possible defects that can occur in an asset or building element to a standard activity definition. This standard activity definition with linked defects list is subsequently used by a surveyor in the Condition Surveys TSI. It facilitates data entry during a building survey.
Procedure
1. In Maintenance Library > Standard activity definitions, select the standard activity definition to which you want to link defects lists.
2. On the action panel, click Link defects lists.
The Link defects lists dialog box appears.
3. In Available, select the defects list(s) you want to link to the selected standard activity definition.
4. Click the right arrow button to transfer the defects lists you selected to In use.
5. Click OK.
The selected defects lists are now linked to the selected standard activity definition.
