Checking automatically assigned statuses of survey activity definitions
You can verify which status Planon ProCenter has assigned to a survey activity definition after the compilation of a maintenance plan.
If, in a definitive maintenance plan, multiple survey activity definitions are generated for assets with the same asset condition details, all these survey activity definitions will be assigned the Canceled status. You can manually change their status for work balancing purposes.
If only one survey activity definition is generated, Planon ProCenter will assign a status according to the following criteria:
The Unbalanced status is assigned to a survey activity definition if:
Its asset condition details do not match the asset condition details of corresponding activity definitions in other Definitive maintenance plans.
Its asset condition details match the asset condition details of corresponding activity definitions with the Canceled / Postponed status in other Definitive maintenance plans.
The Canceled status is assigned to the survey activity definition if:
Its asset condition details match the asset condition details of corresponding activity definitions with the Unbalanced / Balanced status in other Definitive maintenance plans.
If multiple, subsequent definitive maintenance plans exist: - for example because you change the status of a survey activity definition from Postponed / Canceled to Balanced / Unbalanced, all corresponding activity definitions in Definitive maintenance plans that are linked to the same asset condition details, will get the Canceled status.
Within a maintenance plan that is not definitive: if you change the status of an activity definition from Postponed / Canceled to either Balanced / Unbalanced, all other activity definitions that are linked to the same asset condition details will get the Canceled status.
