Checking a recompiled maintenance plan with condition-based activity definitions
You can check how standard activity definitions and asset activity definitions with a condition-based maintenance regime are included in a recompiled maintenance plan.
Planon ProCenter uses the most recent survey date of the asset or building element from the Condition data selection step in Asset Management to perform the following actions:
If the survey date of the condition data from Asset details > Condition data in Asset Management is the most recent survey date, Planon ProCenter will delete all existing activity definitions in the maintenance plan that are related to outdated asset condition details (those prior to the survey date). In addition, new activity definitions are created based on the corresponding asset condition details.
If orders were already generated for existing activity definitions, those activity definitions are not deleted. Instead, the end date-time of those activity definitions is set to the end date-time of the generated order. These activity definitions continue to exist alongside newly created activity definitions.
If there is no latest survey date, no activity definitions are created for that asset condition.
