Reporting in Maintenance Planner
You can use Report Manager in Planon ProCenter to create, edit and print reports. The various action panels in Maintenance Planner give access to the Report feature which enables you to report on selected items.
In the Reporting dialog box, the User reports tab provides functionality you can use to create your own report definitions or use pre-defined report definitions.

In the Reporting dialog box, you can also make several settings regarding the presentation and output of a system report.
The System reports tab gives access to system reports that are pre-programmed by Planon. Planon administrators can configure report settings for system report business objects in Field definer . For specific Maintenance planner business objects, such as Base activity definitions and its subs, you can find a system report setting here: Setting a limit to number of results in system reporting.

Note that amount totals in the reports do not always match the sum of the individual amounts. This is due to amount rounding.
