A group of maintenance plans, for one or more properties and for a specific period of time.

Initially, all the maintenance plans in the group are just scenarios. If these scenarios fall within the same period of time, only one of them can be selected to become the definitive maintenance plan, for which activities and maintenance orders are generated. The other maintenance plans in the group remain scenarios which are only used for reference purposes.
