Viewing the workspace occupancy
You can view the workspace occupancy details of a person in Personnel in these ways:
• From > selection step, you can view or add workspace related details of all persons in
Personnel . Select a person and go to
Occupancies to view or modify the occupancy data of that person. For information on the data, see
Occupancy fields.
• In the
Workspace occupancy field in the person's data on the
Personnel selection level. For more information, see
Personnel fields.
