Viewing all issued and returned keys or key sets
If you want to display a list of all keys or key sets that have ever been issued to a person or a visitor, as well as the ones that have been returned, use the following procedure:
Procedure
1. From the Personnel selection level, select the person for whom you want to retrieve all keys or keys sets that have ever been issued.
Or
From the Details selection level, select the visitor for whom you want to retrieve all key sets that have ever been issued.
2. Select Key and key sets > Issued and returned keys or Issued and returned key sets selection step.
3. View the list and corresponding data.
